Account & Sales Director
About this position
As the Account & Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in steering our agency’s sales strategies and maintaining strong relationships with our client portfolio, which spans local and international brands in the entertainment, hotel & hospitality, e-commerce, and B2B sectors.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Manage your own team.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.
• Lead project management efforts, ensuring timely delivery of digital projects in collaboration with internal teams.
• Spearhead the integration, onboarding, and training of CRM systems.
• Monitor and guide the inbound marketing strategy with the team.
• Facilitate communication within the team, ensuring alignment with tasks and strategies.
• Craft engaging proposals based on strategies for new leads or prospects.
• Manage the sales cycle, including follow-ups on pending leads.
Requirements
• Thai National, Bilingual, or Foreigners under BOI (Thai - Eng) with relevant visa qualifications.
• A minimum of 5 years (for foreigners) or 3 years (for Thai nationals) of experience in sales, digital marketing, or project management.
• A robust ambition to grow with a start-up and contribute to its success.
• Ability to thrive in an international team setting.
• Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Sales, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
