About this position
Responsibilities
The PET Business Advisor’s key responsibilities & areas of accountability are to:
• Support on selling AMT value proposition and converting opportunities to orders.
• Regular follow up on AMT business targets (Orders, Sales, Backlog, Opportunities)
• Gather installed base intelligence, define and drive accounts strategies around products, services and application opportunities
• Solution beyond AMT boundaries, driving cross functional value propositions
• Drive local market intelligence (market needs, market references, status on standard neck conversions, competitive analysis, strategic networking with local partners).
• Lead complex development initiatives in collaboration with the (PET, closure) Application Teams, Sales Managers, Product Managers and external Partners.
• Drive the proactive selling strategy for PET Aftermarket tooling with the support of Product Specialist and Sales.
• Share local experience within the AMT Team to replicate winning solutions across sales territories.
• Representing of Husky at events and trade shows
• Frequent travel to various countries in Asia Pacific
Requirements
• Bachelors degree or equivalent in a related engineering discipline.
• 5 years experience in sales support and/or sales in PET beverage packaging injection molding.
• Some years of work experience in similar role considered an asset
• Background in PET Beverage Package industry and market dynamics
• Experience in Business Development, Sales, sales support is an asset
• Understanding of the PET Tooling market landscape and value proposition drivers
• Energy and self-motivation
• Excellent persuasive and negotiating skills
• Strong interpersonal and project management skills
• Team player but able to work independently
• Analytic and technical ability suitable for PET marketing and sales
• Fluent in English.
