Sales Engineer

Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their technical needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the technical features and benefits of products.
• Prepare and deliver technical proposals and quotations to clients in a timely manner.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients during the pre-sales and post-sales processes.
• Analyze customer requirements and provide feedback to the product development team for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to effectively position the company's offerings.
• Assist in the development of marketing materials and technical documentation for sales purposes.
• Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote the company's products and services.
• Train and mentor junior sales engineers and support staff to enhance team performance and knowledge.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience in sales or technical support, preferably in a B2B environment
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and product specifications
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical clients
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
