Recruitment specialist (Trainee)
About this position
Responsibilities
1. Publish jobs in Huneety platform and ensure each role is relayed across social media channels
2. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
3. Conduct initial in-person and/or telephone interviews to assess candidates.
4. Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies/firms to source qualified candidates.
5. Utilize social media platforms, such as LinkedIn and Facebook, to identify and engage potential candidates.
6. Participate in industry events, such as job fairs, to promote the organization and attract new talent.
7. Maintain and update applicant records and track the applicant's progress in Huneety system.
8. Develop and implement targeted recruitment campaigns to attract specific talent.
9. Track the results of each recruitment campaign, present your results to Co-Founders, and iterate to improve.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
• Experience in recruiting and talent management
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing, interviewing and hiring top talent
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
