About this position
The Human Resources Director is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's human resources functions. Responsibilities
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives of Thailand Dream Jobs by Huneety.
• Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the company attracts and hires qualified candidates.
• Manage and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
• Develop and implement performance management systems to ensure employees are meeting job expectations and goals.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including employment contracts, working hours, and employee rights.
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
• Oversee the compensation and benefits structure, ensuring it remains competitive and aligned with industry standards.
• Stay updated on HR trends and best practices, and make recommendations for continuous improvement in HR processes and policies.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in human resources management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of Thai labor laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives.
