Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage all construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Develop and implement construction strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to review project plans, specifications, and drawings, providing expert advice and guidance.
• Monitor and evaluate construction progress, identifying and resolving any issues or delays that may arise.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications.
• Manage and coordinate the procurement of construction materials, equipment, and subcontractors, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery.
• Lead and supervise a team of construction professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management, highlighting project status, risks, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and legal, to ensure compliance with financial and legal requirements.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Extensive knowledge of construction codes, regulations, and best practices
