The Sales Operation Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the sales operations of the company. The Sales Operation Manager reports directly to the Director of Sales and Marketing.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve company sales targets.
• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the sales department.
• Monitor and analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination and execution of sales activities.
• Train and mentor sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Set sales targets and motivate the team to achieve and exceed them.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to sales team members.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
• Prepare sales reports and presentations for management review.
• Stay updated with industry developments and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
• Proven experience in sales operations management, preferably in a similar industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
