About this position
The Human Resource Specialist is responsible for managing all aspects of the company's human resources functions. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. This position reports directly to the Human Resource Manager.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
• Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new hires are integrated into the company culture.
• Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
• Handle employee relations issues, such as grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and managers.
• Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for employee engagement and retention.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources or related role
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in HR software and systems
