Responsibilities
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and increase revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the hospitality industry.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market research and networking.
• Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with clients to secure new business.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
• Monitor and analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Train and mentor the sales team to enhance their skills and ensure consistent performance.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and expand the network.
• Stay updated with industry developments, competitor activities, and customer preferences to stay ahead in the market.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience as a sales manager in the hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of the Indonesian hospitality market and industry trends
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets
