Manajer Telesales (Telesales Manager)
About this position
The Telesales Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team of telesales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. This position reports to the Sales Director and involves developing and implementing sales strategies, monitoring performance, and providing coaching and training to the telesales team. The Telesales Manager will also collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination for successful sales campaigns.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement telesales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase revenue.
• Manage and motivate a team of telesales representatives to meet individual and team sales goals.
• Monitor and analyze sales metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Train and onboard new telesales representatives, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to improve their sales techniques and customer service.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to maximize sales opportunities and customer satisfaction.
• Implement and enforce sales policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency within the telesales team.
• Continuously improve telesales processes and systems to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field
• Proven experience as a telesales representative or telesales manager
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
