Responsibilities
• Develop and implement telesales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase revenue.
• Manage and motivate a team of telesales representatives to meet individual and team sales goals.
• Monitor and analyze sales metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Train and onboard new telesales representatives, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to improve their sales techniques and customer service.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to maximize sales opportunities and customer satisfaction.
• Implement and enforce sales policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency within the telesales team.
• Continuously improve telesales processes and systems to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field
• Proven experience as a telesales representative or telesales manager
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
