About this position

The Talent Manager is responsible for overseeing the recruitment, development, and retention of top talent within the organization. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, this role involves designing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies, managing employee performance and career development programs, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment to attract and retain high-performing individuals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
• Source and screen candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding and orientation.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by proactively networking and attending industry events.
• Develop and maintain relationships with universities, professional organizations, and other talent sources.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and management.
• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on interviewing techniques and candidate selection.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a talent manager or in a similar role, preferably in the recruitment industry.
• In-depth knowledge of talent acquisition strategies, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.
• Strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.
