Manajer Supply Chain (Supply Chain Manager)
About this position
The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the company's end-to-end supply chain operations. This includes managing inventory, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of products to customers. The Supply Chain Manager reports directly to the Director of Operations.
Responsibilities
1. Develop and manage supply chain strategies that support the overall goals of the organization
2. Establish and maintain long-term strategic relationships with vendors and suppliers
3. Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to ensure the best pricing and terms
4. Monitor and analyze supply chain performance and make recommendations to improve efficiency
5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient procurement and inventory processes
6. Manage the inventory of materials and products to ensure availability for production
7. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and laws
8. Develop and implement strategies for cost reduction and improved profitability
9. Monitor and analyze customer demand to ensure timely delivery of products and services
10. Develop and implement policies and procedures for logistics and supply chain operations
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management
• Demonstrated ability to reduce costs, increase efficiency, and improve quality
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments
• Knowledge of logistics and supply chain systems and software
