About this position

The Advertising Manager is responsible for overseeing all advertising and promotional activities of the company. They will develop and implement effective advertising strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement. This position reports directly to the Marketing Director and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of advertising campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement advertising strategies and campaigns to promote the company's products or services.
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences and their preferences.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling and effective advertising materials, including print ads, TV commercials, and digital content.
• Manage advertising budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns, making adjustments as needed to optimize results.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure the company's advertising efforts remain competitive.
• Build and maintain relationships with advertising agencies, media outlets, and other relevant partners.
• Negotiate and secure advertising placements, ensuring the company's message reaches the intended audience.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to align advertising efforts with overall business objectives.
• Provide regular reports and presentations to management on advertising activities, results, and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an advertising manager or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of advertising strategies, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
