About this position

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. They will oversee all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing, to ensure maximum reach and effectiveness. This position reports to the Marketing Director and collaborates closely with the creative team to deliver impactful digital marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
• Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Create and manage content marketing initiatives, including blog posts, social media content, and email campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior using tools such as Google Analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital channels.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
• Manage and maintain the company's social media presence, including posting regular updates and engaging with followers.
• Identify and implement new digital marketing tools and technologies to enhance the company's online presence and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, and SEO.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive marketing strategies.
• Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics and social media management software.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team and collaborate with other departments.
