Manajer Administratif (Administrative Manager)
About this position
The Administrative Manager is responsible for supervising and coordinating all administrative activities within the company. This includes managing office operations, implementing efficient processes, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. The Administrative Manager will report directly to the CEO and work closely with other managers to support the overall success of the organization.
Responsibilities
• Supervise and manage the company's daily administrative operations.
• Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure efficient workflow.
• Coordinate and supervise the work of administrative staff, including receptionists, office assistants, and administrative personnel.
• Monitor and maintain office equipment inventory, anticipating needed supplies and placing orders when necessary.
• Manage and maintain company databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
• Handle and resolve administrative issues and inquiries from employees and external parties.
• Prepare and review reports, presentations, and correspondence for senior management.
• Assist in budget preparation and monitoring, ensuring compliance with financial guidelines.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management.
• Collaborate with other departments to simplify administrative processes and increase overall efficiency.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
• Proven experience as an administrative manager or similar role
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
