Kepala Staf Sumber Daya Manusia (CHRO)
About this position
The CHRO is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee development, compensation and benefits, and employee relations. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CHRO will play a critical role in aligning HR strategy with the company's overall goals, cultivating a positive work culture, and ensuring the organization attracts and retains the best talent in the Indonesian job market.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement human resources strategies and initiatives that are aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
• Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the company attracts and hires the best talent.
• Develop and implement an effective performance management system to drive employee productivity and engagement.
• Design and implement compensation and benefits programs that are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
• Develop and implement employee training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, and maintain current knowledge of employment laws.
• Manage employee relations, including handling employee complaints, conflicts and disciplinary actions.
• Develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster a diverse and inclusive work environment.
• Oversee the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and fairness.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, and career development.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a CHRO or similar senior HR leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures and best practices.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with employees at all levels.
