Responsibilities
• Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies and initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
• Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights, and develop action plans to address identified issues.
• Lead and facilitate process improvement projects, including defining project scope, objectives, and timelines.
• Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools to drive process optimization and waste reduction.
• Train and mentor employees on continuous improvement principles and techniques.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
