F&B Manager

Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage all aspects of the food and beverage operations.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining quality standards and delivering exceptional service.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability.
• Recruit, train, and supervise F&B staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to create and update menus, ensuring a diverse and appealing selection of food and beverages.
• Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed, while minimizing waste and controlling costs.
• Conduct regular inspections of the F&B outlets to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in F&B management, preferably in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, cost control, and quality assurance
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
