About this position
Responsibilities
• Collect and analyze HR data from various sources, such as employee records, surveys, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and maintain HR analytics dashboards and reports to provide insights and recommendations to HR and senior management.
• Identify trends and patterns in HR data to support strategic decision making and improve HR processes and policies.
• Collaborate with HR business partners and other stakeholders to understand their analytics needs and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Perform predictive and prescriptive analysis to forecast future HR trends and outcomes, such as attrition rates and talent acquisition needs.
• Design and implement HR metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
• Keep up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in HR analytics to continuously improve the company's analytical capabilities.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity and confidentiality by implementing data governance and security measures.
• Train and educate HR team members on HR analysis tools, techniques and methodologies.
• Present findings and recommendations to HR and senior management
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• Proven experience in Human Resource Analytics, including data analysis and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and systems, including HRIS and ATS.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and software, such as R or Python.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for HR and business leaders.
