About this position

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will be responsible for providing strategic leadership for the entire organization by working with the Board of Directors to develop and implement long-term goals, strategies, plans and policies. This role will be responsible for all aspects of the business, including strategic planning, financial performance and analysis, marketing, operations, customer service, and personnel. The CEO will be a visionary leader who is able to inspire and motivate the organization to success. Requirements

• Proven experience as a CEO or similar leadership role
• In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to delegate effectively
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
