Technical Sales Support Manager (Aquaculture Industry)

The Aquaculture Sales-Technical Service Manager will lead business development efforts and provide essential technical support to aquaculture customers throughout Asia. Responsibilities
• Manage the aquaculture customer portfolio in Asia, ensuring sales budgets and strategies are met.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create and execute effective business development activities.
• Follow up on discussions with Key Accounts and clients to strengthen relationships.
• Assist in developing and implementing sales tactics and action plans.
• Analyze sales performance and maintain continuity in customer relationships.
• Conduct and monitor field trials with customers to support product claims.
• Lead technical seminars and product presentations for clients and internal teams.
• Serve as the main contact for all technical inquiries from customers.
• Provide regular technical updates and training to enhance team knowledge.
• Develop new tools and services in collaboration with the sales team to boost sales results.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Aquaculture (Master's or PhD is a plus)
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in aquaculture production, nutrition, and market
• Computer literate, proficient in MS Office applications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a results-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
• Chinese language skills are an advantage
