Sales Engineer/ Manager - (Vietnam)

Responsibilities
• Promote targeted portfolio to client stakeholders in various settings
• Convert leads to opportunities and opportunities to orders to meet sales targets
• Utilize cold calling, value creation, objection management, and negotiation skills
• Organize sales activities in CRM and provide sales reports
• Provide market feedback for solution development and marketing activities
• Maintain client relationships throughout sales and fulfillment processes
• Develop personal knowledge of organization's solutions and market developments
• Attend organized training for personal development
• Take personal initiative for staying updated on market trends and solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or related technical field
- 3 to 5 years of demonstrated experience in B2B Sales, within the Food, Chemical and/or Performance Materials segments as a plus
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in both Vietnamese and English
- Competent in Microsoft Office suite. Prior experience with CRM software a plus
- Domestic travel within Vietnam more than 50% of the time
- Preferred in Ho Chi Minh City based and work from home
