Sales Manager (Pet food Distributor)
About this position
Our client is a pet food start-up dedicated to redefining pet nutrition and prioritizing the happiness of pets worldwide. The company distributes pet food ingredients across Southeast Asia. To support their expansion efforts, they are seeking a Sales Manager in Thailand to play a key role in expanding and managing their distribution network. Responsibilities include connecting with key distributors, negotiating terms, and leading the sales team.
Responsibilities
1. Distribute Relations and Negotiation:
● Connect with key distributors in Thailand and negotiate terms.
● Manage distributor relationships for optimal performance.
● Meet sales targets to support the business plan.
● Contact current customers regularly to build relationships.
● Negotiate transaction conditions with customers.
2. Recruitment and Team Building:
● Develop an organizational chart for team building.
● Build a cohesive, high-performing team.
● Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Good command of English
• Experience in sales, at least 1 year in Pet food industry
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
