Responsibilities
• Develop and implement sales strategies for human and pet nutrition machinery.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
• Collaborate with marketing to create effective promotional materials and campaigns.
• Provide technical support and product demonstrations to potential customers.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to management.
• Train and mentor sales team members to enhance their performance and knowledge.
• Attend industry trade shows and conferences to network and promote products.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development within the food processing or nutrition machinery industry.
• Strong understanding of human and pet nutrition markets, including trends, regulations, and customer needs.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing strategic customer relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with proficiency in both English and Thai.
• Strong understanding of food and pet nutrition processing machinery.
