The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all sales operations, processes, and strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize efficiency. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, this role will involve analyzing sales data, developing sales forecasts, and implementing sales strategies to achieve company goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record of driving sales success.
• Process, track, and fulfill customer orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with supply chain, planning & logistics teams for on-time delivery.
• Manage contracts to ensure smooth operations in line with agreements.
• Conduct internal audits on sales operations processes and implement new customer service policies.
• Ensure adherence to processes, especially with IT systems.
• Analyze recurring problems and implement solutions for process improvement.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance indicators and customer service metrics.
• Review, update, and monitor sales forecasts to track demand variation.
• Initiate initiatives to improve the overall customer experience.
• Supervise and lead a team of customer service executives to ensure service standards are met.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business field
• 5-10 years of experience in business operations
• Excellent command of spoken & written English
• Excellent computer skills (Microsoft – Excel & Word)
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Functional Competencies:
• In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel. PowerBI is a plus
