The Project Engineering Manager oversees and manages engineering projects in the medical and railway sectors, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and providing technical expertise to support project success. Reporting directly to the Director of Engineering, this position offers a great opportunity to lead impactful projects in diverse industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead project team to deliver customer solutions
• Provide leads for internal cross-functional teams
• Develop and implement project objectives
• Manage resources effectively
• Plan and schedule project tasks
• Delegate tasks to team members
• Track project status and budget
• Monitor project quality and safety standards
• Negotiate and resolve project issues
• Communicate with customers on project requirements

Requirements

• Design and assembly skills
• SAP experience
• Leadership abilities
• Fluent in English (French and Thai speaking a major advantage)
• Experience in harness or industrial productions
• Reactivity and ability to take initiative
• Able to work under pressure
