Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Apply HSE standards to achieve zero incidents and comply with company policies.
• Ensure all products meet company, ISO, and customer quality standards.
• Implement and monitor quality assurance and control procedures to resolve issues quickly.
• Oversee daily operations to meet customer targets and deadlines.
• Optimize operation schedules for maximum efficiency and manage staffing levels.
• Monitor operational metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee inventory management, cost control, and distribution of goods.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for all equipment and facilities.
• Train and evaluate team members to attract, retain, and develop top talent.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Operations Management, or related fields
• Minimum of 10 years in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in an international company
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing management position with direct production, maintenance, and quality responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of legal and safety regulations
• Strong knowledge in world-class manufacturing standards including ISO, KAIZEN, 5S, 6 Sigma, TPM, etc.
• Understand and implement procedures related to the role and responsibilities of the Operations Manager
• Good organizational culture development skills
