Responsibilities

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Executive specializing in booking Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Key Opinion Consumers (KOCs) for e-commerce advertising. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure. This role involves building content briefs, identifying and securing high-performing KOLs/KOCs, negotiating terms, and maintaining long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Brief Development:
Collaborate with the marketing team to create detailed content briefs tailored to specific e-commerce campaigns.
Ensure content briefs align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
2. KOL/KOC Identification and Recruitment:
Research and identify suitable KOLs/KOCs with a proven track record of high-performing
videos in the e-commerce sector.
Evaluate potential KOLs/KOCs based on engagement metrics, audience demographics, and Content quality.
3. Negotiation and Contract Management:
Approach and negotiate with KOLs/KOCs to secure favorable terms and conditions.
Draft and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
4. Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs/KOCs to foster long-term collaboration.
Act as the primary point of contact for KOLs/KOCs, addressing any concerns and ensuring smooth communication.
5. Campaign Execution and Monitoring:
Oversee the execution of e-commerce campaigns involving KOLs/KOCs, ensuring content is delivered on time and meets quality standards.
Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports on key metrics and outcomes.
6. Market Analysis and Strategy:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities in the e-commerce space.
Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of KOL/KOC campaigns.
7. Livestream Oversight and Operation:
Oversee and operate livestreams with KOLs or in-house livestreamers to engage audiences and promote products.
Plan, schedule, and execute livestream events, ensuring a smooth and professionalbroadcast.

Requirements

Qualifications:
