About this position

Farm Manager is the role to lead the efficient operation of our innovative insect farming facilities, where we upcycle food waste into sustainable, high-protein feed. You will play a key role in achieving our sustainability goals while managing a dedicated team of six. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the BSF farm, including feeding, breeding, and harvesting.
• Manage a team of 6 farm workers to ensure efficient task completion.
• Implement farming protocols to optimize yield and quality.
• Monitor production KPIs and report progress to senior management.
• Ensure proper handling and maintenance of farm equipment.
• Coordinate pest control and hygiene measures for a healthy environment.
• Conduct regular training for team development and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of farm activities and production data.
• Collaborate with management to identify areas for improvement.
• Support the business by promoting a culture of teamwork and accountability.

Requirements

• Proven experience in farm management, preferably in insect farming, livestock, or related industries.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Knowledge of sustainable farming practices and waste management.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Good communication skills in both English and Thai.
