About this position

The Design Engineer will develop and implement creative design solutions for a variety of projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to meet technical specifications and customer needs. Reporting to the Design Engineering Manager, this role offers the opportunity to collaborate on prototyping, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure successful project execution. This position provides a great opportunity to contribute to innovative design projects and work with a dynamic team to bring ideas to life.

Responsibilities

• Design and provide design support for products
• Create 2D and 3D drawings
• Design products and drawings based on customer specifications
• Check production control plan and ensure technical specifications are available
• Pre-define process flow for production and ensure product feasibility
• Define production technical file and required raw materials
• Control document filing for raw materials and products
• Create and manage Bill of Materials (BOM)
• Develop and follow sample products for customer approval
• Prepare documentation for customer approval records

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronic Engineering
• 2-5 years of experience in Engineering Design (Electronic or Mechanical Fields)
• Expertise in AutoCAD (2D/3D)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
