Sale Manager (Vietnam)
About this position
Responsibilities
• Attaining sales targets by successfully managing the sales activities in Vietnam, cooperate with Country lead and align with sales plan approved by COO;
• Must be able to generate own sales leads and build client relationships at the stakeholder level;
• Mastery and consistent execution of enterprise B2B sales strategies and marketing initiatives;
• Ability to build new pipeline, drive forecast accuracy and attain targets on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis;
• Strong understanding of the Vietnamese HR and payroll markets;
• In-depth knowledge and experience of HR and Payroll related software, services and solutions;
• Perform other duties as assigned by the company.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business or IT or any similar field;
• 10+ years of related industry experience, preferably experience in enterprise B2B services, software or technology sales;
• Strong demonstration of intellect, drive, executive presence, and sales acumen;
• Experience in developing and executing sales strategies;
• Strong analytical and result-oriented skills;
• Good command in English and Vietnamese;
• Strong business sense and industry expertise;
• Dedication to providing great customer service.
