About this position

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic TPM/WCO Supervisor to lead our continuous improvement initiatives and drive the successful implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) across our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in manufacturing processes and quality systems, along with a passion for fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of TPM strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement through Kaizen, Just Do It (JDI), and employee suggestions.
• Develop and conduct comprehensive training programs on TPM, World Class Operations (WCO), Lean principles, and Six Sigma.
• Monitor the progress of TPM implementation plans, tracking key milestones and KPIs.
• Collaborate with pillar leaders to create actionable plans and timelines for achieving KPIs.
• Manage and facilitate improvement projects aimed at enhancing quality, productivity, safety, and operational processes.
• Prepare and present monthly operational reports, including metrics on cost savings, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and labor efficiency.
• Drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to identify and reduce waste in processes.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and uphold quality assurance practices.
• Mentor and coach team members in TPM practices, fostering skill development and process ownership.
• Engage with stakeholders to align continuous improvement initiatives with organizational goals.
• Stay updated on industry best practices to enhance personal and organizational knowledge.

Requirements

• General knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, ISO, WCO, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proven experience in training, coaching, and implementing TPM (Autonomous Maintenance, Focused Improvement, Quality Maintenance, or Planned Maintenance).
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in TPM and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Certified Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt and/or TPM/WCO certification preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive results through effective collaboration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both Thai and English.
