About this position

We are seeking a proactive Production Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and controlling departmental operations to meet production goals. You will analyze data, solve work-related issues, and ensure that all processes align with company standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan and control operation processes to achieve set goals.
• Gather and analyze data to resolve work-related issues.
• Provide necessary equipment, tools, or resources for subordinates according to production plans.
• Verify and validate work methods and performance of subordinates following the Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Provide training, consultation, and advice on problem-solving techniques.
• Develop and revise departmental standards and procedures to enhance operation performance.
• Communicate company policies and information to the team.
• Enhance team skills and expertise through training or by proposing new activities or projects.
• Continuously improve production processes (both men and methods) for operations.
• Coordinate and join a meeting with other departments to resolve work issues.
• Prepare daily operational reports and highlight departmental issues for supervisors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields.
• Experience in flexible packaging manufacturing is preferred.
• TOEIC score of 550 or higher is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook/Office/Dynamics AX.
• Ability to work well under pressure and demonstrate leadership skills.
• Detail-oriented and responsible.
