About this position

We are seeking an innovative Process Engineer to join our team. You will develop and improve production processes for efficiency and consistency, analyze and resolve production issues and customer complaints, and coordinate with other departments to enhance operations and reduce losses.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve production processes to ensure effectiveness and consistency.
• Analyze and identify the root causes of production issues, propose solutions for implementation.
• Analyze and identify the root causes of customer complaints, propose improvements for implementation.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure efficient operations and minimize losses.
• Collaborate with R&D and Technical Development to consider parameters for new products or raw materials.
• Design experiments to determine optimal machine settings for process improvement or correction.
• Train employees and monitor production processes to maintain standard operations and process stability.
• Design or improve tools and equipment in the production line to enhance quality, productivity, and ease of manufacturing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Printing Technology, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience, background in industrial manufacturing will be considered an advantage.
• Good in reading and writing English.
• Skilled in using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Photoshop, and statistical software.
• Strong analytical and systematic thinking skills.
• Knowledge of LEAN, Six Sigma, TPM, or other improvement methods.
