HR Officer
About this position
The HR Officer will partner with business leaders to drive HR strategies and initiatives that align with organizational goals while managing recruitment processes and supporting employee relations.
Responsibilities
• Partner with business leaders to drive HR strategies and initiatives that align with organizational goals.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including talent sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding, ensuring timely and effective placement of candidates.
• Support employee relations by providing guidance on HR policies, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
• Lead talent management and development programs to ensure employee growth and retention.
• Implement performance management processes and provide coaching for continuous improvement.
• Handle and solve other HR-related issues.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fluency in both Thai and English is essential, familiarity with Chinese is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Multi-tasked, and able to work well under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
