SAP Basis Support
About this position
Responsibilities
• Support the necessary SAP hardware and system software environment specifically in High Availability environment (i.e. HACMP);
• Administer user profile and authorization;
• Maintenance of the SAP system on the development and production server;
• Manage SAP correction and control system;
• Support technical integrity of the SAP system and application software;
• Support the helpdesk team in technical issues related to SAP;
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP related technical problems;
• Monitor SAP performance and perform basic tuning and configure SAP systems to maintain performance;
• Develop operational system procedure (e.g. backup, restore etc).
Requirements
• Understanding of the deliverables;
• Deployment plan and Service delivery plan;
• Experienced in SAP Basis more than 4 (four) years;
• Knowledge of ITSM tools and IT Asset Management;
• Soft Skills (Communication, Customer Service, Problem Solving, Team Collaboration, Time Management).
