About this position
Responsibilities
• Support the necessary SAP hardware and system software environment specifically in High Availability environment (i.e. HACMP).
• Administer user profile and authorization.
• Maintenance of the SAP system on the development and production server.
• Manage SAP correction and control system.
• Support technical integrity of the SAP system and application software.
• Support the helpdesk team in technical issues related to SAP.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP related technical problems.
• Monitor SAP performance and perform basic tuning and configure SAP systems to maintain performance.
• Develop operational system procedure (e.g. backup, restore etc).
Requirements
• Understanding of the deliverables.
• Deployment plan and Service delivery plan.
• Experienced in SAP Basis more than 4 (four) years.
• Knowledge of ITSM tools and IT Asset Management.
• Soft Skills (Communication, Customer Service, Problem Solving, Team Collaboration, Time Management).
