Quality Assurance Test Analyst
About this position
The Quality Assurance Test Analyst is responsible for ensuring the quality of software applications through testing and collaboration with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
• Collaborates with Project Manager, Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, Development Manager, System Analyst, Developer and users to understand software requirements or User Stories.
• Creates Test Plan, Test Scenario, Test Cases and Test Reports.
• Executes Test Cases.
• Defect Management.
Requirements
• Have bachelor’s degree from reputable university with education background from Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology, Business Studies/Management or equivalent.
• Have ISTQB Certified for Tester is preferable or at least familiar with ISTQB standard.
• Have >3 years’ experience as Test Analyst in banking industry. Experiences in testing Contact Center applications (e.g. Genesys, 3Dolphins Banking Chat, Web Call Engine, etc.) is preferable.
• Fluent in using Jira.
• Critical thinker and have problem-solving skills.
• Have good time-management skills.
• Have ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Have ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Have experiences in agile project delivery is preferable.
• Familiar with Linux commands, Ms. SQL Server Database and MySQL Database.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Commit to work for six (6) to twelve (12) months contract and option to extend if required.
• Teamwork player.
• Live in Jakarta, Indonesia is preferable.
