Team Leader Repair/Manual HV Payment
About this position
The Team Leader Repair/Manual HV Payment is responsible for processing High Value Payments activities and ensuring compliance with regulations while managing operational issues and maintaining internal control standards.
Responsibilities
• To process High Value Payments activities and cross support for all Payment Operations while complying with local regulations and group policy and guidance
• Resolve daily operational issues encountered and liaise with management/RM/Customer Services
• Maintain HSBC internal control standards and effective Operational Risk Management process to reduce the level of operational risk losses and to protect HSBC Thailand from foreseeable future losses.
• Acquire a good understanding of standard processes and align to them accordingly
Requirements
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics or related field
• At least 1-2 years work experience or more in related fields in Banking and Financial Business and Project Management is a plus
• Resourceful, energetic, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a desire to work in a team-oriented environment
• Ability to work under pressure, develop practical, cost effective solution to complex issues.
