CLM Case Manager
About this position

Wholesale Client Lifecycle Management is part of Operations function in Digital Business Services and is responsible for managing end-to-end client on-boarding as well as Know Your Customer (KYC) activities.
Responsibilities
• Work closely with Relationship Managers through the stages of client due diligence process to determine the requirements and ensure that all requirements are obtained to allow the due diligence and client servicing proceed smoothly and rapidly
• Manage, gather and analyze KYC information independently with high quality of processing
• Maintain the highest standard of experience in customer service throughout the client lifecycle from onboarding of new-to-bank clients, KYC renewal, customer record updating until offboarding of client relationship
• Perform the facilitation role effectively, promptly responding to queries, being able to explain the reason for specific requirements, attending to hold-ups and escalations, and providing regular status update
• Be accountable for ensuring that all steps in the process are completed within the target turnaround time and associated SLAs achieved
Requirements
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in any related fields
• Solid and proven relevant work experience within Banking and Financial Services industry is a plus
• Resourceful, energetic, attention to detail, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to work well under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a desire to work in a team-oriented environment
• Fluency in speaking and written Thai and English is mandatory
