About this position

We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of Staff Universal Banker.

Responsibilities

• To provide excellent service through introducing appropriate bank services / products to customers' queries.
• To perform other operational duties and work as support function.
• Offer a number of product promos and existing products directly to customers.
• Conducting HSBC's cross sell product to existing customers.
• Directs and informs the product digitally and provides technical guidance for accessing the system (digital).
• Implement administrative follow-up process on products approved by customers.
• Record and follow up any complaints submitted by the customer.
• Managing the operational risk in relation to activities and relationships with customers in accordance with prevailing rules and procedures.

Requirements

• Indonesia Citizen only.
• Bachelor Degree.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; Having experience as Admin Staff would be an advantage.
• Good communication skill.
• Proficiency in English and Computer Literate.
• Able to work under pressure.
• This position will be placement at Bandung, Balikpapan, Batam, Denpasar, Jakarta, Lampung, Manado, Makassar, Malang, Medan, Pekanbaru, Palembang, Pontianak, Solo, Semarang, Surabaya, Samarinda.
