About this position
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible to support the service and operation to customer of the branch
• To follow up transaction from the customer through counter teller and follow the SOP
• To follow up every obstacles related with payment and other operation things
• To book wealth product and insurance base on documentation and valid ID, to serve other customer's need such as Cheque book request, debit card and PIN request, SDB customer
• Send and keep transaction document base on SOP
• Follow up customer's complaint to internal department or other branch to solve the problem
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
• Indonesia Citizen only
• Has 1 years working experience in operational Bank
• Hold a minimum of Bachelor degree
• Able to work in a team
• Strong knowledge in service and operation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High motivation and endurance/ resilience
• Proficiency in English and computer literate
• This position will be placement at Bandung, Balikpapan, Batam, Denpasar, Jakarta, Lampung, Manado, Makassar, Malang, Medan, Pekanbaru, Palembang, Pontianak, Solo, Semarang, Surabaya, Samarinda
