About this position
Responsibilities
• The role holder is responsible for driving revenue growth through transactional fee income, deposit revenue and strong liabilities growth, together with other working capital management products and services to maximize commercial profitability and relationship depth.
• Through strong strategic and persuasive skills, the role holder is responsible to engage with clients on the most senior level and manage internal stakeholder such as coverage team, regional teams, GPS internal team and other product partners, in order to smoothly achieve given targets and KPI’s.
• The standard sales KPI growth of Revenue, NII, NFI, EBV, Liabilities balance will be imposed depending on their coverage and level. All candidates must achieve this while doing it through vigorous sales discipline and follow the strict sales sustainability guideline.
• Always up to date on the latest available GPS product, process and services, and also inline themself with the banks priority growth and strategic focus.
Requirements
• Hold a minimum of bachelor’s degree, with over 7 years working experiences in banking/financial services with exposure to Corporate and Multinational / FIG Business companies.
• An advantage for Cash Management or Client Management experiences.
• Has strong network with outstanding sales record.
• Proactive, sales oriented, with customer centric mind-set and have ability to deliver excellent customer experience and relationships.
• Have pleasant personality, professional attitude, integrity and a team player.
• Possess and excellent communication in English and presentation skills.
• Experience in handling Financial Institutions and Public Sectors.
