About this position

Wealth and Personal Banking serves more than 50 million customers worldwide with a complete range of banking and wealth management services. We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Supervisor/Officer Teller.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:
• handling and process the transaction in counter from customer including cash and non-cash transaction,
• implement and follow CDD and EDD (Enhance Due Diligence) and cross selling based on customer needs also support business strategy,
• provide service excellence to customer based on procedure,
• act as back up for banking operation back office if needed.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
• Indonesia Citizen only,
• Has minimum 2 years working in Banking and servicing customer,
• Hold a minimum of Bachelor’s Degree,
• High integrity, good communication and interpersonal skills,
• Have basic knowledge of basic banking transaction including cash handling, handling bank’s clerical and administrative duties.
