About this position

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Associate Vice President Insurance Product and Project.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for planning, overseeing and leading business projects from ideation through to completion, including but not limited to all Insurance Digital Projects.
• Responsible for supporting the business activities of the strategy, business development & performance division relating to new business initiatives, strategic planning, data management, and coordination of organizational wide operational work plan development and delivery.
• Providing information by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analysis and answering questions and requests.
• Working together with related parties to drive sales and marketing of insurance products.
• Responsible for digital project and any strategic project to drive the business of insurance products.
• Gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to help Bancassurance business take actionable steps to improve its performance and meet goals.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor degree (S1).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in bancassurance or insurance, preferably under business development, performance or insurance product and marketing.
• Proficiency in English, Microsoft excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills to with different teams and stakeholders.
• Proactive, able to work under pressure and result oriented.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and presentation skills.
