About this position
Responsibilities
In this role you will manage set of client portfolio which focuses in handling queries, driving cash management relationship post sales process; ensuring revenue committed being realized in a timely manner, grow and penetrate existing wallet-share through proactive relationship management and cross-sell new products and/or services. Stringent portfolio and revenue will be key aspects to manage.
• To manage a portfolio of top tier corporate customers acting as a single point of service contact for selected Wholesale Banking customers
• To work closely with relationship managers and operations team in providing par-excellence customer service customers, differentiating ourselves from our competitors
• To understand customers' day-to-day banking activities and transactional needs so as to proactively map out improvement initiatives to streamline their operational process and to identify possible cross selling opportunities
• To provide prompt and seamless support to customers' queries on all cash management products and solutions to further enhance customer's banking experience with the Bank, take ownership of issues including its timely escalation, until client accepted its resolution.
Requirements
• Indonesia Citizen only
• Has a minimum of bachelor’s degree.
• Has a minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Preferably has experience in Cash Management or Global Transaction Banking.
• Demonstrate proactive relationship and sound understanding of the market.
• Possess business development, sales, and client service skills.
• Proven analytical reasoning skill with ability to provide good reporting.
• Has expertise in Microsoft Office applications.
• Written and verbal communications skills.
• Has ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively at all levels and across all functions.
