About this position
Responsibilities
• Responsible and ensure the implementation of operational and service processes at branch are conducted and implemented properly as per policy and procedure.
• Including handling customers complaints or problems related to branch.
• Providing support function to all sales team, making sure the fulfillment of transaction service level based on agreed service standard and service times.
• Ensuring all operational activities in the branch comply with applicable policies and procedures.
• Maintaining and ensuring the readiness of facilities and infrastructure in the branch and implement a neat and clean culture.
• Helping branch business growth by achieving sales target set for the operations team.
Requirements
• Indonesia Citizen only
• University degree in banking / finance / economy / business management
• Experience working in the areas of sales and customer service, also in administration.
• Pleasant personality with good communication and presentation skill with strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
• Customer orientation with ability to communicate effectively and create connection.
• High optimism to drive result and provide solution for problems in branch
• High level of integrity and professionalism
• Proficiency in English
• This position will be placement at Bandung, Balikpapan, Batam, Denpasar, Jakarta, Lampung, Manado, Makassar, Malang, Medan, Pekanbaru, Palembang, Pontianak, Solo, Semarang, Surabaya, Samarinda
