About this position

ตำแหน่ง Team Leader (Warehouse - Picking) ประจำศูนย์กระจายสินค้า อ.ศรีราชา จ.ชลบุรี มีหน้าที่รับผิดชอบในการดำเนินงานโลจิสติกส์ภายในและภายนอกของ GDC และสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานของคลังสินค้า.

Responsibilities

• Main responsible is GDC domestics logistic inbound & outbound operation.
• Support GDC warehouse operations as requested from senior level.
• Warehouse outbound handling for FGs, SFGs and material such as physical goods appearance check, verification vs. shipping documents, generate labeling and pack & unpacking of goods.
• Ensure all warehouse operations are carried out in accordance to work inspection and on safe work practiced.
• Able or multi-skill of warehouse job cross operation scope in the warehouse function.
• Follow compliance to quality and regulatory requirements.
• Follow warehouse ERP system and report any irregular event to team leader or leader.
• Reporting defects, damages, or non-conformance found on Product to leader.
• Operate people in the team.
• Assists Leader or Supervisor to maintain daily operations in warehouse, ensuring smooth operation.
• Lead of Warehouse operation area 5s control.
• Advice peoples in team to do correct operation follow with standard warehouse WI and help team to solve common warehouse operation issue.
• Assists Leader or Supervisor to coordinate with logistics team owner to support export shipments schedule as per HMSP-CS plan.
• Assists Leader or Supervisor to support shipment as special require packing with QA department.

Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of Warehouse & Logistic, import & export and related field experience is required.
• Computer literacy skill.
• Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
• Good ability to work independently as well as a team player in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Vocational or high Vocational Certificate in Industrial, Logistic or relate filed.
