About this position

The Machine Maintenance Engineer is responsible for ensuring optimal performance of production machines through planned maintenance, oversight of procedures, and response to equipment breakdowns.

Responsibilities

• Planned the preventive maintenance for all production machines.
• Conducting and overseeing maintenance procedure.
• Ensuring that machinery and equipment run optimally with minimal downtime.
• Establishing and reviewing machine maintenance procedure, work instruction and protocols to optimization machine performance, product quality and maintenance effectiveness.
• Responding to major equipment breakdowns.
• Procuring, testing, and commissioning specialist parts, Jig, and fixtures.
• Maintain company rule, safety rule and ISO requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Welcome new graduates.
• Engineering and Technical skill.
• Good command in English both writing and speaking.
• Proficient in Microsoft office, Auto CAD, Solid work.
• Mechanic, Pneumatic and Robotic system.
