About this position

The HR Leader is responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of day-to-day HR operations while leading and monitoring a team of HR professionals. This position focuses on Payroll management, HR Data analytics, and the Human Resource Information System (HRIS).

Responsibilities

• Oversee Payroll Compliance: Ensure payroll processes are compliant with local regulations and organizational policies, while leading the HR team to guarantee timely and accurate payroll processing, salary compensation, and reward programs.
• Administer Compensation Reviews: Support the annual salary review process, including performance management data and bonus payments.
• Maintain HR Documentation: Keep all HR documents, such as policies, manuals, job descriptions, and organization charts, up to date and properly organized.
• Communicate Policies Effectively: Support explain salary and compensation policies to employees, fostering understanding and adherence.
• Analyze HR Data: Gathering HR data and analyzing to identify trends and insights that inform talent management strategies, enhancing workforce planning and development.
• Optimize HRIS Functionality: Collaborate with IT and HR teams to optimize the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) for improved user experience and functionality.
• Update Policies and Procedures: Improve and update policies and procedures related to payroll and HR data management, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Support Expatriate Administration: Assist with expatriate payroll and administration, including relocation and localization processes, to ensure smooth transitions for international employees.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in Human Resources
• Good working knowledge of local labour legislations and human resources practices
• Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
• Strong planning and organizing skills, independent, result orientated and a team player
• Positive attitude, pro-active and highly motivated individual
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
• Proficient in MS Office applications and familiar with at least one HRIS / HR payroll system
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, or equivalent
